 Booking is essential if you want to eat at Da Remo in Denham Village. Regular customers come from London ( 45 Mins ), High Wycombe, Henley and Oxford as well as points north and south on the M25, so getting a table can sometimes be a challenge.
However, it's a challenge well worth accepting: the food is classical Italian, with as you'd expect, a range of specials according to the season of the year. The pasta is fresh and perfectly ' al dente ' with sauces deliciously creamy or freshly healthy with olive oil and parmigiano.
Fresh fish is a major part of the menu, whether your taste runs to delicately plain grilled Dover Sole with a selection of crisp, fresh vegetables or Sogliola alla Principessa , Fillets of Lemon Sole wrapped with Baby Spinach in a Cream & Brandy Sauce. |
